If unsure of where to start, clients can schedule a complimentary discovery call and an action plan can be recommended.
Clients can proceed with or without the discovery call, but the discovery call is strongly recommended. Once the service is booked, clients will receive an order confirmation and can expect to be contacted within 2-3 business days following their purchase to follow up on their request(s).
The client will be contacted and asked to complete new client documents to better assist with services. Once completed, then the rendering of services can begin.

Discovery calls are a great option for potential clients to assess what potential services are needed and if they can potentially form a productive relationship with DSCC.
Calls are 15 minutes in length and are complimentary.

Beginner (Great for students or entry level professionals with fewer than 4 years of experience)
Intermediate (Great for mid-level professionals)
Advanced (Great for upper management, senior, and executive level professionals)

Dynamic Solutions Career Consulting offers a variety of competitively priced services and offerings. They include: job sourcing and application assistance, cover letters, resumes, mock interviews, Linkedin optimizations, toolkits, and career coaching.

The levels (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) are used to assess your experience level. Those at a higher level tend to have more experience, which can be directly corelated to the investment required to execute and provide the requested service.
If a package is selected that doesn’t fit experience (EX: selecting a lower tier for a lower price point), the company reserves the right to make a judgment call to the best fitting tier/package for services. This recommendation can occur during the discovery call.

We are flexible and prioritize the success of our clients. Despite that, placement of employment is ideal but not guaranteed. While undergoing the job search or progressing along a career pathway, multiple obstacles are often at play. Resources and services offered by DSCC are provided under the context of being supplemental aides along your journey. We will work with you to provide the best solution(s).

Turnaround time for individual services can take up to 7 - 10 business days, depending on business schedule availability, task at hand, and availability/responsiveness of candidate.
Turnaround for career bundles services can take up to 14 - 21 business days, depending on business schedule availability, task at hand, availability/responsiveness of candidate.
Expedited services are available at an additional cost for individual services, starting at $50.
Please Note: The service and processing timeframe does not begin until all new client information and documents have been received and the initial consult is completed.
In addition, processing times can increase and vary due to the availability of applicable job opportunities for job sourcing/application assistance services.

Absolutely! No personal or individual identifying information will be communicated or shared to any person or potential employer except for a business need/purpose. This will be done ONLY after being granted permission by the client ( Ex: application assistance service).

Promotions and sales are provided at the discretion of the organization. Prices for services are subject to increase as needed and at will, but will not impact those actively receiving services as we will honor the rate at the time of purchasing a service.

Creations and revisions will be provided in Word and PDF formats for your benefit to allow future edits.

No refunds are available after any service has been initiated or completed/rendered. Despite that, we want to prioritize your experience.
Clients receive drafts of all documents before they are finalized as an attempt to secure satisfaction. If not satisfied with final version, our client has up to 3 business days to request any additional corrections/updates after receiving their documents. Our team will work with you on up to two revisions following your inquiry to ensure satisfaction.

If an encounter with a client takes a negative tone, Dynamic Solutions Career Consulting reserves the right to terminate the professional relationship with a client at any point due to treatment, unprofessional behavior, and/or best interest of the organization. Refunds regarding the previous are solely at the discretion of the organization.

Since templates and toolkits are download friendly, all sales are final.
If a service/package is booked and the client is no longer interested, the client has 2 business days to submit an inquiry via email advising of their request.

Yes, consider us as white glove service. We will make all changes on your behalf. Please be advised, login credentials will only be used for the purposes of the optimization service. Use will discontinue after service is rendered.
If you are uncomfortable sharing your details, then we can draft all changes in a document. You can then copy and paste the respective details into their corresponding fields on the site and manually apply any other suggested recommendations.

In the event that new clients aren't accepted, potential clients will be prompted to add themselves to a waitlist for their respective service or package. When services can be rendered, you will be notified.
