Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Dynamic Solutions Career Consulting LLC!

Born and raised in the Birmingham-metro area of Alabama, I've always been one to value community, connection, and service. Those pillars inspired me long before my undergraduate career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and persisted after my departure - Go Blazers! While in college, I gained an interest and began to pursue my career in Human Resources – that's where the magic happened.

I found that I was not only able to build connections, but I also had the opportunity to alter the course of lives for the better. This was so, because I was able to provide individuals with support, opportunities for employment, and advice on how to reach their professional goals. Incredible, right?! As a young professional, I was able to uncover the intrinsic value of giving back to others while holding true to my personal mission: leaving each encounter with an individual better than how I found them. 

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, I've had the pleasure to not only recruit some of the most bright and qualified talent, but in turn, build a passion for coaching and assisting with the professional development of others by acting as a catalyst and champion for their change. Creating that same impact is what we seek to do for you!

As far as a bit more about me… I LOVE fresh flowers, trying new restaurants, watching beauty content on YouTube, catching up on my favorite Fantasy and Sci-Fi shows, traveling, as well as spending quality time with family and friends when I’m not working or assisting a client. I look forward to our partnership and can’t wait to meet you!
